Our Inspiration
New Signal Productions is a team of like-minded filmmakers founded in 2021 to create a short film project financed through self & crowdfunding.
A Home Past the Meadow represents their first film of short length, with a production timeline of 10 months and over 20 participants. The historical drama offers a perspective upon the postwar period, inspired by the countryside lifestyle and aiming to show a beautiful and troubled moment set in Devon, Great Britain.
Our journey began with a simple, one-page idea, and has expanded into a 15-minutes short film filled with inventiveness, hard-work and creativity. The team is eager to bring this project to life, and show it worldwide.
